Reception Hours
Reception hours are from 7.30am – 4.30pm daily.
Although you may find reception locked between these hours – please lift the phone (next to the reception door) to contact management. Please note that after hours calls may attract an ‘after hours’ service fee.
Air Conditioning
Each apartment is equipped with an air conditioner in each room.
Airport Transfers
Complimentary Airport & Bus transfers are available if organised at least 24hrs in advance and during reception hours. Transfers can only be operated between 7.30 – 4.30 daily.
Barbeques
There are two stainless steel BBQ’s supplied for your use around the pool area. They are free and operate for approximately 15 minutes at a time.
Checkin & Checkout
Check-in time is from 2.00pm.
Early Check-in can be arranged if prior notice is given. Subject to availability.
Luggage can be stored at reception.
Checkout time is by 10.00am.
Late Check-out can be arranged if prior notice is given. Subject to availability.
Luggage can be stored at reception.
Clotheslines
Clotheslines are situated in the corridor adjacent to the Guest Laundry, and beneath the stairs near the One Bedroom Apartments. Please see map of property at the bottom of page.
Cots and High Chairs
Cots and high chairs are available on request.
Housekeeping
Bed Linen is changed weekly and towels every second day, or more frequently if requested for a small fee. (e.g. If you arrive on a Monday you will have your towels changed on a Wednesday, Friday etc..).
Please note long term guests will be serviced once a week only, with a full linen change and apartment clean.
In general we do not conduct housekeeping on a Sunday, you will be serviced on the Monday or Saturday. It is always appreciated when the rooms are left clean and tidy during and after your stay 😀
Laundry
There is a Guest Laundry located at the spa end of the complex and another under the stairs by the One Bedroom Apartments. All machines are free.
Washing Powder is available from a coin operated machine in the main laundry.

Shops
Shops are located in the town center, just 800 meters from the apartments. Coles is open daily from 6.30am to 8.00pm and Tuckerbox IGA is open from 6.30am – 7.00pm daily.
There is a small mini mart at the BP Ord River Roadhouse open 24 hrs – located on Messmate Way.
Mobile Phone Coverage
Kununurra is not serviced by all Telecommunications companies.
Telstra has the best coverage, Optus and Vodophone is less reliable and there is limited coverage throughout the rest of the Kimberley with coverage improving near town centres.
Pets
Sorry, no pets of any kind allowed. Guide dogs are permitted.
Security and Valuables
Your valuables may be left in reception’s safe upon request, and are only accessible during reception hours.
Swimming Pool and Spa
The swimming pool is available for your enjoyment between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
Tour Desk
Reception stocks a range of local tour brochures and will gladly organise your tours for you!
WIFI
We offer free WIFI.
